Russell, founder of RDA, brings more than 40 years of experience across residential, commercial, and industrial design and construction. Before founding RDA, he served as a partner at Campanelli Development and Construction and holds architecture and design degrees from the Rhode Island School of Design. Known for a meticulous, efficient approach and keen attention to detail, Russell leads projects from concept through completion, setting clear objectives and a practical, cost-conscious vision from the start. His expertise spans site analysis, feasibility studies, team leadership, cost control, permitting, contract negotiation, and full oversight of design and construction. Skilled at coordinating complex teams and maintaining project focus, he delivers successful outcomes for every client.
